Prepared and completed a full exterior repaint of a two-story stucco home in DeLand by sealing stucco cracks, pressure washing and soft washing all exterior surfaces, and caulking windows and gaps to create a clean, paint-ready surface. The home was then professionally repainted using a combination of spray application and back-rolling techniques to ensure uniform coverage and a durable finish. Two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration were applied to all stucco and trim surfaces, while the metal garage door and fascia were primed and finished with two coats of direct-to-metal paint for enhanced protection and longevity. The front wooden entry door was refinished and painted to complement the updated color scheme, and three distinct colors were incorporated throughout the project, creating clean transitions and a flawless, high-quality finish that enhanced the home's curb appeal and long-term protection.
